My leg continues to bother me despite forgoing xtraining, again, and I've had to make some serious decisions regarding PT and my continued medical treatment... Don't Love

Every time I look at the calendar another day, week, or month has zipped by and I'm feeling like the summer has totally escaped me... Don't Love

LOL, you're in Michigan now. Summer is long enough to let the kids go to camp, now go rake up those leaves that are falling...........

I agree on summer. I can't believe we are only a few weeks from Labor Day. DISLIKE.
And it was in the 90s all June/July and then this week we have a low of 55 here. What?! It's supposed to be warm now!

I feel your pain involving your leg. soon I'll have to make some unpleasant decisions involving my Achilles inject plasma (1k) or electro shock (1K) or surgery.
You have a wonderful guy and friends who don't measure you by your 5k times. Be an informed patient and don't always trust what the doc's say.
