While killing time on my new favorite website Pinterest recently, I found this "30 Day Photography Challenge" and decided to take it on. Beginning this week and every Friday for the rest of this month I will be posting a "Foto Friday" with a roundup of the week's pictures taken.

I still do my photo-a-day project for myself, and luckily have gotten a little better about taking a more purposeful photo the last few weeks. Always so glad when I do.
I really like this photo challenge idea! And yes, your arms inspired me to download the NTG app. Now, if only I can do the workouts more consistently...
