Miles Planned/Ran: For the third month in a row, I ended up with zero miles ran. I am hoping this will not be the case ever again. But for what it's worth between biking and swimming the last two+ weeks I did manage to rack up almost 40 miles of activity! (If it counts on DM it must surely count here right? LOL!)

Most Enjoyable Workout: My first ride outside w/ Spike a couple Saturday's ago. Pure bliss!

Current Shame-Inducing Guilty Pleasure: Pinterest - I can't stop pinning!!!
Current Obsessions: Juicing and blending. Fresh fruits and veggies in liquid form that actually tastes good? Yes please.
Current Drink: I am ashamed to admit I have been pounding Sugar Free Red Bulls lately. Bad Redhead.

June was a schizophrenic freak-show for me. Running was the only aspect of the month that went well, but then June decided to pile it on, and I got the flu! Really, the Flu in June! You've gotssssss to be kidding! I spent the better part of Wednesday having fevered delusions about ganache recipes (which I know f@ck-all about). Anyway, I'll stop complaining. I really hope that Tuesday goes well for you. I know this has been really rough on you, but I do want to say that you have handled it so well. I have a great deal of respect for you, and I am sure that I am not the only one of you readers, who has been impressed by you.
