I'm stoked because let's face it, how many people can say they've actually run thru Hell? I'm still working on what costume I'm going to wear and whether or not to try to race it or run for fun especially since it's probably going to be my last chance to actually race something between the upcoming winter and... - The Cleveland Marathon!!! That's right kiddies, May 15th I'm headed to the home of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame to re-attempt Marathon #3!!! Training starts January 24th; let's all hope it's a mild winter so this Redhead can get her BQ on! Who's with me?!?!?!?

WOOHOO for Cleveland! Would you believe a group of people that I train with is planning a trip to Cleveland for the marathon in May?? Now I wish I had worked it into my plans but hubs and I are staying in town for a local marathon on the same day instead. Maybe next time!

Have fun this weekend at the race! I am hoping we have a light winter too - I can handle the cold, its just the snow and ice that really cut into the outside running.

I haven't come up with anything more creative than my kilt and a white shirt, so naughty schoolgirl I will most likely be.
Someone mentioned Dances with Dirt-Hell. Yeah, it's quite a spectacle. A lot of my hashing friends do it every year because it's very much like hashing. You get very dirty and there's beer at the end. :)

I LOVED the Cleveland Marathon! That's the one I ran when I BQ'd! It's super flat and fast, and (surprisingly) gorgeous. I really enjoyed the course and the crowd/volunteer support. Yay! (if you want to see pics of the course, I posted a race recap back in May)
Ooh, I do love a 10K! I know your halloween costume will be off the hook so I hope you show us. And looking forward to hearing more about your marathon training! Go get it!!
