Tomorrow Spike & I head down to the sunshine state for a little R&R over the holiday weekend!!! I have been so massively homesick for palm trees and my girls, I can't wait to soak up some beautiful Florida sun, dig my toes into a sandy beach and spend the weekend with all my favorite people in one place (including my beloved B.o.B)!!!!
- Running? Monday, upon return, I will attempt my first run in over 3 weeks! I'm nervous, scared, anxious, excited and keeping my fingers crossed that the rest and xtraining have done the trick to rid my life of those pesky leg gremlins! *Fingers Crossed*
So what do ya'll have planned for the holiday weekend? Camping trip? Race? Beach? Whatever it is, have a fantabulous one!!! Catch ya'll on the flipside!!!

Good luck with that run. Take it easy...listen to your body and back-off if you get any signs of 'funny business'.
