Lankle Update: Your wishes, sacrifices and my prayers have pacified the running gods! I do not have a stress fracture as I had feared (thanks self diagnosis via Google) and have instead tendonitis. Thank you running gods! I will gladly accept this fate any day or the former. I have been given strict orders to REST & R.I.C.E. until my orthopedic appointment on Wednesday which means no trek out to NSB for me. If anyone needs me I'll be staring off into space drooling on myself thanks to the happy pills he gave me to cope with the pain! Yippee!

Super happy for you! No boot! :D Isn't it funny how suddenly we become happy with things like tendonitis when we think it could be so much worse? Makes you soooo thankful for your body!

Well if your tendonitis is anything like mine, 1 week of rest from running + anti-inflammitories + new orthodics and you should be good to go! Seriously I haven't had pain since!
So glad it wasn't something worse...but be a good girl. NO RUNNING!
