- Remember my good friend Insomnia? Well guess who decided to pay me a little visit this week? That post was written almost exactly a year ago and I hadn't ran in 6 days, fast forward to now and it's been 5 days since my last run... I see a trend here. All xtraining + no running = one very distraught, over anxious, insomnia ridden Redhead. 2 more days... I can do this! My body needed this self induced running sabbatical, it WILL thank me for it.... or at least that's what I keep telling myself.
- Besides needing to run and sleep I also need structure. I need an excel spreadsheet that tells me what to do every day that I can shade colorfully when I complete a workout. Thank goodness Coach EK has sent me over my next training plan, which starts Monday, to attempt a PR race at the B.A.A. 5k! Do you hear that? That is angels singing Hallelujah... either that or its Beaker Luv because I know she's probably fed up with my non-running/non-sleeping/uber-case-of-the-Lonelies-because-I-have-too-much-time-on-my-hands whining!!!
- Weekend O' Festivities: Tomorrow I am heading over to B.o.B's to have a girl's night out! YAY!!! This will be my first non-running related trip over to B.o.B's ever! Can you believe it? Saturday I head back and will be ending my Week O' Xtraining with a Bikram Yoga class with The Brunette... not going to lie, I'm a little nervous about that one. *Fingers Crossed* After Bikram I'm headed over to Beaker Luv's for some quality and adult beverages on the porch. I'm in serious need of all this girl time and I can't friggin' wait!
