I plan on celebrating by sacrificing and cooking meet to the running gods, running 23M, and telling people in Indiana that they are not really Americans (they just hate that). Have fun!

racing a new distance (to me) so it'll be a PR no matter! Go find yourself a trail race!! Hope your Chicago prep is going well, that is an exciting race.
I love that 16 miles means you get to sleep in. I'm thinking about doing my 12 mile long run tonight after work so I can focus on FUN the next 2 days (along w/a short recovery run). Have a great one!!
